Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

You can request the cancellation of any service before it has been started. Once a project or service has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply depending on the work already completed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Before Service Starts: Full refund is available if you cancel before any work has begun.

  • After Service Starts: Refunds are not guaranteed once the service has been started or deliverables have been provided. Any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the portion of work completed.

  • Digital Products / Downloads: Refunds are not applicable once digital files have been sent or accessed.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

5. Exceptions

Certain promotions, offers, or custom services may have separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated before the service is booked.
